New student research group at our faculty
The Interdisciplinary Student Research Group ‘Biomechatronics in Medicine’ at Gdańsk University of Technology is an interdepartmental research group operating at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Automation and the Faculty of Electronics, Telecommunications and Computer Science at Gdańsk University of Technology, combining medicine with state-of-the-art information technologies in healthcare.
Areas of activity:
- AI in medicine and diagnostics
- biomechatronics and medical robotics
- analysis of biomedical signals and images
- research projects and scientific publications

We invite all PG students who want to develop their skills in bioengineering/biomechatronics, create projects, gain research experience and attend conferences.
How to join the group?
The first ISKN promotional stand, ‘Biomechatronics in Medicine,’ will be held on 27 January at the Faculty of Electronics, Telecommunications and Computer Science, building 42, ground floor (business zone), from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
The next recruitment will take place after the session at our faculty.
