2024 Jubilee Year of Prof. Alfons Hoffmann | Faculty of Electrical and Control Engineering at the Gdańsk University of Technology

On the 140th anniversary of the birth of Prof. Alfons Hoffmann, the Council of the Faculty of Electrical and Control Engineering of the Gdansk Tech, at the request of the Dean of the Faculty, Mirosław Wołoszyn, PhD, DSc Eng., Associate professor, established the year 2025 as the Jubilee Year of Prof. Alfons Hoffmann, the first Polish graduate of the Faculty of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, pioneer of Polish electric power engineering, creator of the electric power system in Pomerania region.
