The academic year calendar is posted at https://pg.edu.pl/dzial-ksztalcenia/dla-studentow/kalendarz-roku-akademickiego

      2. Persons admitted to studies are required to submit an application for an electronic student card (ELS) - such an application is submitted on the Moja PG portal (Student application -> Documents -> Submit application -> Application for electronic card). When submitting the application, you should attach a photo.

NOTE - the photo should be in JPG format and meet the same requirements as a photo for an ID card!

  •     color photo without headgear and dark glasses
  •     photograph of 2.0 x 2.5 cm in 300dpi resolution in JPG format, which will allow you to print the ID card with the appropriate quality,
  •     the maximum size of the photo file is 500 kilobytes.

After submitting the application, an invoice will be generated (PLN 22 for the first ID card or PLN 33 for a duplicate ID card). Students are required to pay the fee by the deadline of August 16, 2024. The payment should be made only after submitting the application, the payment title should only include the invoice number. The fee can also be paid via quick payments available after applying for the card.

NOTE!!! Payments made after this date do not guarantee receipt of ELS by October 1, 2024 (the card will then be issued at a later date).

Each person admitted to the university, once the album number is assigned, will receive an individual bank account number to which fees should be paid. You will receive detailed instructions on this matter by email, the address of which was provided by you during recruitment. If the email does not arrive by August 5, 2024, please report this via the contact form available at http://zgloszenia.pg.edu.pl/ (IT Applications -> Welcome email problems).

You will be able to pick up your student ID card on the date given by the Dean's Office.
