Polish Metrology program at WEiA!

As part of the Polish Metrology program, a consortium whose partner is the Faculty of Electrical and Control Engineering of the Gdańsk University of Technology, represented by the Department of Metrology and Information Systems, received funding for the project: "Methodology for assessing the suitability of selected restrictor flowmeters for two-phase liquid-gas measurements".

The Leader of the tasks carried out under this project at the Gdańsk University of Technology is Ph.D. Eng. Anna Golijanek-Jędrzejczyk, vice-dean for education at the Faculty of Electrical and Control Engineering.

The interdisciplinary team within the consortium, in addition to our Faculty, includes:

  • AGH, Faculty of Geology, Geophysics and Environmental Protection - project leader. The project manager is D.Sc. Eng. Marcin Zych, prof. AGH (Department of Geophysics),
  • AGH, Faculty of Energy and Fuels - D.Sc. Eng. Marek Jaszczur, prof. AGH (Department of Fundamental Energy Problems),
  • Rzeszów University of Technology I. Łukasiewicz, Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science - D.Sc. Eng. Robert Hanus, prof. PRz (Department of Metrology and Diagnostic Systems),
  • Wrocław University of Technology, Faculty of Mechanical and Power Engineering – D.Sc. Eng. Artur Andruszkiewicz (Department of Thermal Technology).

The project was co-financed with PLN 975,590 for a period of 24 months.
