- Power electronic systems for energy conversion in renewable energy sources

- Design of microprocessor control systems with the use of DSP and FPGA systems
- Electric drives control methods
- Remote control and diagnostics of electric drives using the Internet,
- Control of converter systems of wind power plants
- Electric drives with multi-phase machines (e.g. five-phase squirrel-cage induction motors)
