Department of Electrified Transportation | Faculty of Electrical and Control Engineering at the Gdańsk University of Technology

The most important scientific and technical achievements of the Department concern the development of diagnostic stations for rail vehicles, diagnostic and monitoring systems of the overhead contact line, modeling and simulation of electrified transport systems, calculations of vehicle energy efficiency, electromobility in public and individual transport. The Department cooperates with Polish and foreign enterprises dealing with railway and municipal electric traction power systems, rolling stock, electric vehicles, apparatus and converters used in electrified transport.
